Note: Immediate Opening Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Assistant will perform an important role in our company to support all sales & marketing activities. This will include marketing activities, such as making brochures, launch party activities, and branding concepts. The sales activities will include going to customer sites, developing and delivering quotations & proposals, and following-up with customers to ensure they are happy. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides services oriented towards information security to our customers. We are looking for people that are willing and able to expand their knowledge. Graduates fresh from university are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields • Female, Age 22-30 years • Fluent in both written and spoken English & Thai • Good interpersonal and communications skills • Computer literacy is required • Fast learning, energetic and open minded • Good personality with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Service minded, hard working • Ability to take responsibility (self-motivated)
Job Responsibilities
• Support sales team • Support marketing activities • Provide sales administration functions (writing quotations, checking prices, etc.) • Provide marketing administration functions (follow-up advertising companies, event organizing, PR, etc.) • Prepare required documentation for sales and service • Contact vendors on terms, delivery date, discounts and any special arrangements as requested by sales.
