The Automated Quoting systems was born out of frustration for having to constantly spend a large amount of time, preparing quotes, researching prices and filling in templates that would never look really professional. The other issue was the fact that Quotes could never be prepared by a junior Sales executive and always required supervision of a more experienced sales person.

SafeQuote is the perfect answer to this problem, as the system runs from a database of Clients and Products or Services, and the Quoting exercise now is only a matter of clicking a few check boxes to have a perfectly presented Quote for a customer. See an example under this link. The quoting system can be accessed from any PC, Mac or PDA using a standard browser, it enables the sales person to respond to a customer demand almost instantly.

A built in Security requires a manager's approval when a Sales Executive prepares a quote outside of standard conditions. This approval process in entirely automated.

The Interface

The interface of the Quoting System is very easy to navigate and can be managed from various source, from the PDA, iPhone or any computer with internet access. The system will automatically generate all the required reports, given you prospective business per sales person, forecast, pipeline, etc... and each quote will be attributed a status, history being kept for traceability throughout the whole process.
Monthly reports are automatically generated where managers can see the level of activity with graphs showing the percentage of quotes transformed into sales and give objectives to each sales executive.

Access Control

Each user is controlled with a very robust and flexible access right management, where you can assign privileges through categories, like sales or support, or you can refine very precisely what rights you want to give each user.

2 factor authentication

Each user will be given a token to generate a one time password to ensure that only legitimate company employees can access the company vital data, ensuring confidentiality in the quoting process as well as the customer database.
